If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
EPMLogic (registered under Finstrate Consulting) provides professional consulting, implementation, and advisory services in the fields of:
- Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy and transformation
- Integration, Automation, and RPA design and enablement
- Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics development
- AI and ML for finance, planning, and performance analysis
Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not establish a client-consultant or fiduciary relationship.
Formal engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, icons, visuals, diagrams, charts, software code, and downloadable templates—is owned by or licensed to EPMLogic / Finstrate Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal informational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
“EPMLogic,” the EPMLogic logo, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of Finstrate Consulting.
Other product names (Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
4. Use Restrictions
You agree to use our Site and Services lawfully and responsibly.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or data.

Likewise, clients must keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, templates, or methods provided by EPMLogic.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
EPMLogic processes personal and business data in accordance with:
- India’s Information Technology Act (2000) and Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023);
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- US and APAC privacy laws where applicable (e.g., CCPA, PDPA).
We collect only minimal data necessary for communication and project delivery.
Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or subcontracted for legitimate business operations under confidentiality agreements.

7. Engagement, Fees & Payment
A consulting engagement begins only when a written agreement or SOW is executed.
Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables are defined therein.
Invoices are typically due within 15–30 days of issue unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may attract interest or suspension of work.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
8. Third-Party Systems and Licenses
Our Services often involve integration or configuration of third-party platforms such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, or RPA tools.
EPMLogic is an independent consulting entity and not an authorized reseller or partner of those vendors unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime, data loss, or limitations within third-party systems.
- Client’s license validity or vendor compliance.
Clients must maintain valid licenses and abide by third-party terms.
9. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Services are provided on a best-effort and professional basis.
While we apply diligence and expertise, EPMLogic does not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPMLogic and Finstrate Consulting disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
In jurisdictions where liability limitations are restricted, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim.
10. No Professional Advice
All information on the Site is general in nature.
It should not be considered accounting, legal, or financial advice.
Decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals familiar with your organization.
11. Force Majeure
EPMLogic shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 15 days.
Upon termination, EPMLogic will deliver all completed work to date, and clients must pay for services rendered up to that point.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Primary jurisdictions: Bangalore (Karnataka) and Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh).
For international clients (EU/US/APAC), EPMLogic recognizes foreign contractual enforcement within applicable treaty frameworks while retaining India as the base jurisdiction.
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
14. Changes to Terms
EPMLogic may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services or law.
The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Site or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
