What we deliver
Management reporting and board packs connected directly to your planning and actuals data
KPI dashboards in Power BI and Tableau built for finance leadership, not IT
Variance reporting and commentary — automated drafts, human approval
Planning and actuals data unified in a single reporting layer
Self-serve reporting your finance team can run and update without a consultant
How we work

A clear process. No surprises.

01

Define reporting requirements

We work with finance leadership to define the KPIs, reporting formats, and data sources before building anything.

02

Build the data and reporting layer

Clean data pipelines from your EPM and ERP into your reporting layer — governed, reconciled, and documented.

03

Deliver and hand over

Power BI or Tableau dashboards delivered, tested against your actuals, and your team trained to operate them.

Our approach

Performance analytics is only useful when the numbers can be trusted and found quickly. Finance leadership stops using dashboards when they find a variance they cannot explain, or when the numbers in the dashboard do not match the numbers in the board pack. The data architecture has to be reliable before the reporting layer on top of it means anything.

We design performance reporting systems from the data upward: how actuals, plan, and forecast data are unified in a governed layer, how hierarchies are maintained through organisational changes, and how the reconciliation between source systems and reporting is tested every period.

Power BI and Tableau dashboards we deliver are designed specifically for finance users — not for IT, not for operational teams. They are tested against a real close cycle before handover, and the finance team is trained to update, refresh, and extend them. Self-serve reporting is the goal.

Where AI fits into performance reporting specifically: flagging the exact discrepancy when a dashboard number doesn't match the board pack, using native reconciliation capability where the platform provides it, before leadership loses confidence in the dashboard rather than after.
